Trade-Repository - FCA Response ingestion issue

Please note the processing delays with respect to the FCA response files for the ARM service has been resolved. Note that there is a backlog of feedback files processing. Clients are therefore expected to see transactions remain in an RPD/PEN status in the GUI until the backlog is cleared in a few hours.

Dear Client,
Please note there are some processing delays with the FCA response files in the ARM service.
Which services are impacted
ARM (Transaction to the FCA - UK regulator only)
Which elements of the service are impacted
Transaction statuses that have been onward reported to the FCA (UK) NCA will remain in RPD / PEN status until resolved.
What is not impacted
Clients can continue to submit via SFTP/MQ or via the Insight UI.
All submissions are still being reported to the FCA as normal.
Responses from all other NCAs are processing as normal.
