We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a Production - SFTP connectivity issues (10.11.2025):

“Dear Client
Clients may have noticed some intermittent connectivity issues today in production when connecting to hosts edsftp.traxinsight.com or ftp.traxinsight.com over SFTP.

We are aware of these issues and will conduct essential maintenance tonight out of hours to ensure that this issue is resolved.

If firms are unable to connect to SFTP or unable to perform any uploads, please contact ptcs@marketaxess.com where we can assist you further.

Which elements of the service are impacted
Firms may be unable to connect via SFTP to the hosts ftp.traxinsight.com or eds.ftp.traxinsight.co
Firms may be unable to upload files via SFTP to us via the above hosts

What is not impacted
Clients can continue to submit via MQ or via the Insight UI as alternative upload arrangements.
Submissions are still being onward reported to the FCA if files are uploaded to us.”
