We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a maintenance:

Dear Client,
Please note that MarketAxess is having issues processing responses from the FCA. As such, clients will notice delays in the transaction status updating in the Insight UI.

Which services are impacted
ARM (submissions to the FCA only)

Which elements of the service are impacted
Transaction statuses will remain in RPD/PEN status for longer than usual
Unsolicited file updates will not be issued until responses are processed again.

What is not impacted
Clients can continue to submit via SFTP/MQ or via the Insight UI.
Submissions are still being onward reported to the FCA
All other NCAs remain unaffected.
