Service Update - Emergency Maintenance - Production 14:30pm - (TODAY)

Dear Client,

Please note that MarketAxess Post-Trade will be performing essential emergency maintenance in the production environment at 2:30pm UK/3:30pm CET time time for approximately 90 minutes to enhance performance.

Services impacted:

ARM

Maintenance schedule:

Start: Tuesday, 2nd December 2025 at 2:30pm UK time/3:30pm CET time
End (Approximately):Tuesday, 2nd December 2025 at 4:00pm UK time/5:00pm CET time

Impact:

The ARM service in the posttradeinsight.com and traxinsight.com UI will be shown as offline during this period.

  • Client responses will not be processed during this maintenance window, but clients can continue to submit via SFTP and MQ. Submissions will be stored and processed after the release where a response file will then be issued.
  • Connections via SFTP and MQ will remain open and unaffected.
