Dear Client,
Please be advised that BaFin is experiencing issues receiving our ARM submissions to them since today, January 7th 11:30 UK time.

Which services are impacted?
ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted?
*Clients will see many of this today’s (07.01.2026) BaFin submissions remain in status ‘RPD’ and not updated until the NCA has processed all submissions and returned response respectively.

What is not impacted?
Clients can continue to submit via SFTP
Clients can continue to use the trade search functionality
Client trade submissions are still processing

We are working to resolve the issue as a priority with BaFin and further updates will be provided accordingly.
