Summary: DTCC had identified a systems issue that affected some client’s ability to receive BDR and EOD reports via SFTP. Clients may also have experienced difficulties in connecting via SFTP to make submissions to the GTR.

Status: The connection issues have now been resolved.

Client Impact: Clients should now be able to make their submissions to the GTR and receive outbound reports.

Action Required: If clients are experiencing any further issues, please reach out to GTRSupport@dtcc.comor visit the DTCC Client Center. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We would like to inform you about an unplanned Interruption with the Trade Repository.

Summary: DTCC has identified a systems issue that is affecting some clients’ ability to receive BDR and EOD reports via SFTP and Web upload.

Status: We have identified the issue and are working to correct it. There is a workaround in place to retransmit the impacted reports.

Client Impact: Some clients are experiencing delays in receiving BDR and EOD reports via SFTP and Web upload.
