Dear Client,

Please note MarketAxess Post-Trade will be performing essential maintenance tonight at 11pm UK time for approximately 30 minutes. This only impacts your ability to connect over SFTP to our host edsftp.traxinsight.com (European Gateway ARM & European Data Store services).

Services impacted:

ARM (European Gateway SFTP connections only)
EDS (European Data Store)

Maintenance schedule:

Start: Tuesday, 24th February 2026 at 11:00pm UK time/ 12:00am CET time
End (Approximately): Tuesday, 24th February 2026 at 11:30pm UK time/12:30am CET time

Impact:

Clients will not be able to connect to the SFTP host edsftp.traxinsight.com during the downtime.

Not Impacted:

Clients can still connect and upload files via the Insight UI.
Clients can still connect and upload files to the host ftp.traxinsight.com
Clients can still connect and upload messages via MQ.
All other services not mentioned in ‘Services Impacted’ above will remain up and running.
