Dear Client,

Please be advised that BaFin is experiencing technical issues causing delays in the updating of successful ARM submissions to them since Thursday evening, March 5th.

Services impacted:
ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted?
Clients will see many of Thursday and today’s BaFin submissions not updated until the NCA has returned response files for all respective submissions.

What is not impacted?
Clients can continue to submit via SFTP
Clients can continue to use the trade search functionality
Client trade submissions are still processing as normal
