We would like to inform you that the Trade-Repository Interruption has been resolved. Here is the information from the Trade-Repository:

Please note that the CBI submission issues are now resolved and all transactions were submitted on time yesterday (March 9th, 2026). The RPD/PEN status have been updated in the Insight dashboard now.

Please check your submitted data and reportings for completeness and take further steps in case of discrepancies.If you need assistance, please refer to the User Guide or raise a ticket with our Service Desk.Best

We would like to inform you about an unplanned Interruption with the Trade Repository.

Service Update - Production – ARM – CBI technical issue
Dear Client

Please note the CBI (Irish regulator) is experiencing processing delays on their side for the ARM service.

Service:
ARM (Transaction to the CBI - Irish - regulator only)

Which elements of the service are impacted:

  • MarketAxess is currently not able to send submission files to the CBI.
  • Transaction statuses to the CBI (Irish) NCA today, March 9th, will remain in RPD / PEN status until resolved.

What is not impacted:

  • Clients can continue to submit via SFTP/MQ or via the Insight UI.

We will revert as soon as we have an update on this issue.
