We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a Service Update:

Please note that CBI (Irish regulator) has provided a further update regarding the delays in providing feedback for transactions submitted via the ARM service. While the underlying issue has now been resolved by the CBI, a backlog of transactions in ‘PEN’- Pending status continues to be processed.

The CBI also confirmed that, while providing feedback, some transactions may erroneously move from ‘PEN’ - Pending status to ‘RRJ’ Rejected. Please resubmit any transactions that may have been incorrectly rejected. The CBI has confirmed that resubmitted transactions will not be treated as late.

Which service is impacted?
ARM (CBI-NCA only)

Impact:
A backlog of transactions remains in ‘PEN’ status since Tuesday, April 14th.
The backlog is expected to clear over over the coming days/weeks as CBI continues to provide responses
CBI Transaction statuses in the Insight portal will remain in ‘PEN’ until the backlog has cleared
Some transactions moving from ‘PEN’ status may be erroneously ‘RRJ’ rejected by CBI. Any impacted transactions will need to be resubmitted.
