Dear valued customer,

We would like to inform that we have received the following ARM informations:

Please be advised that multiple NCAs are experiencing technical issues causing delays in the updating of successful ARM submissions to them. Please also note that MarketAxess is having issues processing responses from the FCA. As such, clients will notice delays in the transaction status updating in the Insight UI.

Which elements of the service are impacted? * Transaction statuses will remain in RPD status for longer than usual for the following regulators:

CBI (Ireland NCA): Clients will see many of today’s submissions remain in status RPD or PEN until the NCA has returned final responses for all respective submissions.

FI (Swedish NCA): Clients will see submissions since June 1st, remain in status RPD and not updated until the NCA has returned response files for all respective submissions.

Gibraltar NCA: Clients will see many of today’s submissions not updated until the NCA has ingested our file submissions and returned response files.

FCA (English NCA): Clients will see many of today’s submissions not updated until MarketAxess resume processing the responses.
What is not impacted?

Clients can continue to submit via SFTP
Clients can continue to use the trade search functionality
Submissions are still being onward reported to the FCA, FI (Swedish NCA), CBI (Ireland NCA) and the Gibraltar NCA.

All other NCAs not mentioned remain unaffected
