We would like to inform you about a service disruption that occurred yesterday, 2 July 2026, affecting submissions to REGIS-TR.

What happened:
Between approximately 03:00 and 08:15 CEST, REGIS-TR experienced an interruption of their SFTP services. During this window, no files could be uploaded or queued for processing. This affected Transactions, Valuations, and Collateral submissions under EMIR reporting.

Root cause:
The issue was on the REGIS-TR side — their SFTP infrastructure was unavailable from opening time until approximately 08:15 CEST. REGIS-TR has confirmed this and has since resolved the issue.

Impact:
Submissions scheduled during the outage window failed with submission errors. As confirmed by REGIS-TR, no files were queued during the downtime, meaning affected files needed to be resubmitted.

What we have done:
We have reprocessed all affected submissions. If your reports were impacted, they have been resubmitted — no action is required on your side. Should any individual cases require attention, please reach out to us directly.

Current status: Resolved
REGIS-TR services have been fully restored since 08:15 CEST on 2 July 2026. Submissions are processing normally.
