We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a service update:

” Please be advised that Bafin are experiencing delays providing MarketAxess Post-Trade with feedback files for our ARM submissions since July 31st 2026.

Which services are impacted: ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted?

• Clients will see Bafin submissions remain in RPD/PEN status since the 31st July 2026 on the dashboard and transaction searches.

What is not impacted?

• Clients can continue to submit via SFTP
• Clients can continue to use the trade search functionality
• Client trade submissions are still processing as normal and being onward reported to the NCA ”
